We have XL & XXL crates and smaller dogs / cats can share a crate.
A maximum of 5 pets will travel at any one time. This is legislation we have to adhere to.
We travel at least once a month.
The journey from UK to Portugal usually takes 3 days (over 2 nights) including stops in France and Spain.
We use either the Euro Tunnel or the ferry to cross the channel. This depends on time of year and availability.
The pets are never left alone, we travel with 2 drivers so that someone is always available to care for the pets.
The drivers sleep in the transport with the pets.
We have both of these to ensure the safety and comfort for all pets on board.
The vehicle is equipped with CCTV so we can always see the pets on board.
We stop regularly for comfort breaks so the animals can walk and have a stretch.
It is also at these break times that they have breakfast, lunch or dinner depending on your instructions.
We prefer that you provide us with the food that your pet is used to.
However if required, and you let us know in advance, we can assist.
Please submit a contact form or email us with all the requirements for your pet's journey. We will respond with a full costing.
Once you confirm the service, we require a 50% deposit to be paid, with the balance to be paid 14 days prior to collection.
We are able to accept bespoke requests to other countries within the EU and across the UK.
Please contact us for more information.

IMPORTANT: As a non-commercial movement it is a legal requirement that the owner(s) must be travelling within 5 days of their pet(s) crossing the border. We will need to provide proof of this at the border control when travelling with your pet(s).
The proof needs to be a copy of flight/train/ferry tickets in the owner(s) name.
Please note that without any of the above documentation we will not be able to transport you pet(s).
