We provide reliable and comfortable crates. We have small to XXL crates available.  Each crate is secured and lockable.

We travel with a maximum of 5 animals, this means we are a non commercial business.

We travel at least once a month.  The journey from UK to Portugal takes 3 days (2 nights) this includes stops in France and Spain should it be required.

We have both of these in the vehicle to ensure the safety and comfort for all on board.

We use either the Euro Tunnel of Ferry to cross the Channel.  This will depend on the time of year and availability.

Our driver(s) sleeps overnight in the van with the Pets, and therefore they are not left alone overnight. In some instances the driver and pet will stay in a pet friendly hotel.

When a driver comfort break is required the vehicle is locked and the fitted cages are additionally locked inside and out.

Yes we do offer this service.  However we are predominantly based in the Southeast of UK, Algarve in Portugal and Alicante region in Spain. and this is reflected in the prices we quote.  If the collection or destination address is not within our radius then we can offer to meet at one of out several meeting locations (this would always be the nearest one to the address provided) or we can offer a full door to door service with an additional cost for the additional mileage.

We stop regularly for comfort breaks so the dogs can be walked and have a stretch, the cats are not forgotten and given a fuss.  Its at these stops, food, drink and any medication will also be provided.

We always prefer for the pets to travel with their own food.  We feel this is better for them as it is familiar.

Please submit a contact form or email us with all the requirements for your pets journey.  We will respond with a full cost.  To confirm the booking we ask for a 25% deposit with the full balance paid 28 days prior to collection.
